Lincoln Connect
With Lincoln Connect, even when your Lincoln vehicle is out of sight, it's never really out of reach. That's because this available technology – powered by, your vehicle's built-in 4G modem – connects clients to their vehicle from almost anywhere through the Lincoln Way™ App on a smartphone.

Lincoln Way App
Here’s how to download the Lincoln Way App and start using the convenience of Connect and Control:
- Download the Lincoln Way App from the App Store® or Google Play™
- Enroll by creating an account or logging in to an existing account
- Create a PIN, then add and activate your new Lincoln using Lincoln Connect
- Set up and start using Phone As A Key

Wi-Fi Hotspot
Set up and connect to your vehicle’s Lincoln Connect® modem and connect up to 10 devices simultaneously as well as make or receive calls.
Get the most out of your Wi-Fi hotspot:
- Fast data speeds through a 4G/5G LTE connection on the compatible nationwide wireless network
- Powerful vehicle antenna that maintains connection for up to 50 feet outside of the vehicle for up to 10 devices to utilize the vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot at the same time

Lincoln Digital Experience
The next leap forward in digital integration, Lincoln Digital Experience offers connectivity, expanded voice assistance integration, and support from Google apps and services.
Available with the all-new 2024 Lincoln Nautilus and 2025 Lincoln Aviator, drivers can enjoy the convenience of hands-free help from Google Assistant, real-time insights using Google Maps, and the ability to download more apps on Google Play.

SYNC 4
This unique, customer-driven technology combines conversational voice recognition, cloud-based connectivity, hassle-free software updates, and so much more to bring you a seamless and personalized driving experience.
To connect a smartphone to your vehicle, simply:
- Make sure you enable Bluetooth®4 on your device
- Press ADD A PHONE and follow the prompts
- The system will then present you with a pop-up on the screen with a passcode. You will have to verify that the code matches the code on your smart phone or tablet.

The cost of our Connected Services varies by service and by vehicle. For many of our services, we offer different durations to choose from as well, including monthly, yearly, and multi-year options. Sign in to your Lincoln Account and visit the Connected Services tile for pricing specific to your vehicle.
Why should I activate my modem?
Activating your modem enables the transmission of data between your phone and your Lincoln vehicle and unlocks your vehicle's mobile connectivity capabilities — such as remote start*/stop, lock/unlock and more. Additionally, most Connected Services require modem activation.
*Remote Start System feature compatible with automatic transmission only.
Is Wi-Fi required for Connected Services updates?
Wi-Fi is not required. Some Connected Services can be activated even if you haven’t turned on your modem. However, some require an active modem to function. We encourage you to activate your modem to get the full connected in-vehicle experience.
How do I activate a Lincoln Connected Service?
If your vehicle includes a complimentary trial from the factory, simply activate your modem to access your trial. Note, your trial period begins on your new vehicle warranty start date, or for over-the-air activations, your trial starts when the software update is complete.
If you’d like to purchase a Connected Service, sign in to your Lincoln Account. With your new Lincoln vehicle added to the garage, your account will show you what’s available on the Connected Services tile. Once you’ve completed your purchase, the feature will unlock on your vehicle.
How do I cancel a Lincoln Connected Service?
Sign in to your Lincoln Account and navigate to the Connected Services tile. There you’ll see all the Connected Services available for your Lincoln vehicle, including those you’ve purchased. Select a service to view cancellation details and follow the prompts to cancel, if available.
My trial ended. Will there be another trial?
We do not currently offer multiple trial periods.
